Introduction to Financial Management for Linguists covers the essential financial management techniques that you will need to manage a successful business and deal with HMRC, the bank and others.  It covers the three essential statements/forecasts that these organisations will need to see, and how you can use them to make business decisions.  You will explore how you can use your market research to formulate realistic forecasts against which you can measure the success or otherwise of your business.  The course includes practical examples of all statements.
