Linguistic Quality Services

Using our teams of experienced translators and interpreters, ISL provide quality assessment that is aligned to the industry recognised SAE J2450 standard.

Regardless of the source and target languages, this allows the quality of translations to be measured and categorised by the types and severity of errors in the translation to tell you exactly what level of quality you are receiving.

As well as creating detailed reports, ISL use this data to provide feedback to linguists so that the overall quality can be improved, and can even create custom training packages for linguists that will focus on the development areas discovered and drive continual improvement in the work produced.
