STUDENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

STUDENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Students agree to the following statement as part of the Enrolment process with the IS Linguists, Inc. and ISL ltd (ISL).

I accept the place offered to me on the course and I agree to abide by such regulations of ISL of which I am advised for the duration of the course.  I understand that I am responsible for the payment of any fees for the duration of my course at the rates set by ISL and that confirmation of an award may be withheld unless relevant fees and/or any other sums due have been paid in full or if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions

I understand that ISL, acting entirely at their discretion, may allow me to pay fees by instalments without my incurring any interest. In such circumstances, I understand that no award will be made to me until the final instalment is paid. If ISL does not allow me to pay by instalments, then I accept that all fees must be paid before the commencement of the course.

After I have paid the fees to ISL and if I do not complete the course, I understand that I may be given a refund of some or all of the fees depending on my progress during the course and after deduction of administrative and course expenses. The decision as to whether or not to make a refund will be entirely at the discretion of ISL and if it exercises that discretion, the rebate will be paid within 28 days of application without interest.
